Terms & Conditions
These are the terms on which you may use Growvanta CRM. We have kept them short and in ordinary language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
The short version.
Try it free for 30 days with no card. Your data stays yours and you can take it with you. Do not use it to break the law or to spam people. Either side can walk away — we will not hold your data hostage if you do.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By using Growvanta CRM you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the same agreement.
2. The 30-day free trial
This is the part people most want a straight answer on, so here it is.
- 30 days, everything included. No feature is locked and no artificial limit applies during the trial.
- No card. We do not ask for card details to start, and we do not ask during the trial.
- No automatic charge. Nothing bills itself at the end. There is nothing to bill against.
- We tell you before it ends, not after.
- One trial per company, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
When the 30 days are up, you tell us whether you want to continue. If yes, we agree a plan and send an invoice. If no — or if you simply do not reply — the account is switched off. Your data is kept for 90 days in case you change your mind, and deleted on request at any point. You may export everything to Excel before, during or after the trial, whether or not you become a customer.
We may end a trial early if it is being used to attack the service, to send spam, or for anything unlawful. In that case we will tell you why.
3. Your account
- Give us accurate details, and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for what happens under your logins, so keep passwords private and do not share one login between people.
- Each person who uses the CRM needs their own login. This is not a billing trick — the activity log is worthless if three people share one account.
- Your administrators decide who in your company sees what. Set those roles thoughtfully.
- If you think an account has been compromised, tell us immediately and we will revoke its sessions.
4. What you may and may not do
You may use Growvanta CRM to run your property sales business. You may not:
- break any law with it, including India's data protection and telecom rules;
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or contact people who have asked you to stop;
- upload data you had no right to collect, including lists bought from third parties without consent;
- try to reach another company's data, or probe the service for weaknesses without our written permission;
- resell or rent access without our agreement;
- copy, decompile or rebuild the software;
- upload malware, or deliberately overload the service;
- use it to impersonate somebody else.
A word on the second and third points, because they are the ones that cause real trouble: how you obtained a phone number is your responsibility, not ours. Growvanta gives you the means to contact people. Whether you were entitled to is a question you have to be able to answer.
If you find a security flaw, tell us at alert@growvantacrm.online before telling anybody else. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue responsibly.
5. Your data stays yours
- You own your data. Your leads, your projects, your notes — all of it remains yours. We claim no ownership.
- You can take it with you, in Excel format, at any time, without asking permission.
- We do not sell it, share it, or use it to advertise to anyone.
- We do not use it to train anything.
- We only access it when you ask us to, or to fix a fault — and every such access is recorded.
We own the software itself, its design and its name. Using the service does not transfer any of that to you.
6. What we are responsible for
We will:
- keep the service running and available, and work quickly to restore it when it is not;
- keep your data separate from every other company's;
- protect it as described in the Privacy Policy;
- tell you promptly if a breach affects you;
- give you at least 30 days' notice before withdrawing the service or making a change that materially reduces what you get;
- answer you when you contact us.
We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and we would rather say so than print a number we have not committed to. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and kept to quiet hours wherever we can.
7. Fees, after the trial
- Prices are agreed with you in writing before any invoice is raised. There is no surprise pricing.
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on them.
- Taxes, where applicable, are added as the law requires.
- If a price changes, we give you at least 30 days' notice, and it applies from your next renewal, never mid-term.
- If an invoice goes unpaid, we will contact you first. Being a few days late does not lock out your sales floor — we suspend access only after telling you, and never without warning.
- Your data is not deleted for non-payment. It is retained as set out in section 9, so you can still get it back.
8. Facebook, WhatsApp and other services
Growvanta can connect to services we do not control — Meta's lead ads, your own email provider, and others. When you connect one:
- that provider's own terms apply to your use of it;
- you are responsible for holding the accounts and permissions involved;
- if they change or withdraw an interface, a feature may stop working through no fault of ours — we will tell you and adapt as quickly as we can;
- you can disconnect at any time from the Integrations screen.
9. Ending the agreement
If you want to leave
Tell us, by email or phone. No notice period, no exit fee, no retention call you have to sit through. Export your data first — we will help if you ask.
If we end it
We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 4, that is used unlawfully, or that remains unpaid after we have contacted you. Except where an immediate suspension is needed to protect the service or other customers, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
What happens to your data
- It is retained for 90 days after closure, so a mistake can be undone.
- You may export it during that time.
- After 90 days it is deleted, and sooner if you ask.
- We keep only what law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
10. Limits of our liability
The service is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it will never fail or never contain a defect.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. During a free trial, where you have paid nothing, that amount is nil — which is the honest consequence of a genuinely free trial, and worth knowing before you put your only copy of anything into it.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. We take backups, and the export function exists for exactly this. Use it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. For any change that materially affects you, we will email the account administrators at least 30 days beforehand. If you do not accept a change, you may end the agreement before it takes effect and export your data.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Before anyone goes near a court, please call us. Almost everything is a misunderstanding that a phone call fixes.

A note on this document.
These terms are written to be fair and readable, and they describe how we actually intend to behave. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before relying on them commercially — especially for customers outside India — have a qualified advisor check them. You will also want to add your registered company name, address and GSTIN once those are settled.
